Torte, Zucchini-Carrot (P, TNT)

Serves: 6

5 to 7 zucchini, grated in food processor
5 medium size carrots, grated in food processor
1 large onion, chopped by hand
3 large eggs
2 tbsp. mushroom soup powder
2/3 cup canola oil
1-1/2 cups self-rising flour (Kemach Osem for Israelis)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.

Mix it all very well; add salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a greased glass Pyrex casserole dish.

Bake for approximately 1 hour, depending upon the oven. Serve warm or freeze.
