Yield: 4 small pizzas

2 medium tomatoes, sliced thin (or 4 plum tomatoes)
1/2 cup shaved red or Bermuda onion
2 egg-sized balls, fresh or Buffalo Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, or more to taste
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar

Sprinkle on top of pizza.
