Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream Latkes (D)

Yield: about 20 pancakes

1/2 lb. cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup flour
Salt and sugar to taste
Pinch of baking powder

Mash cheese and sour cream together.

Add beaten eggs, salt and sugar, then add flour and baking powder. If batter is not loose enough, add more liquid.

Fry in butter.
