Fondue, Three Cheeses (D, TNT)

2 11-ounce cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup processed cheese loaf, cubed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce, or to taste
1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
Italian bread, cubed into bite-sized pieces, for dipping
Assorted vegetables, for dipping

In medium saucepan, heat soup, wine, and cheese over medium-low heat, stirring until cheese is melted.

Stir in garlic and onion powders, pepper sauce, and onions. Transfer to fondue pot to keep warm. Serve warm.

Poster's Notes:
You can substitute apple juice for the white wine.

If fondue becomes too thick, stir in small amount of wine or apple juice.
