Chili, Weight Watcher's (D, TNT)

Serves: 10 (one cup servings)

1 lb. fat-free meat substitute
1/2 cup chopped onions
3 16-oz. cans chili beans, undrained
2 8-oz. cans tomato sauce
1 4.5-oz. can chopped green chilies
1 1.25-oz. package taco seasoning
1 1-oz. package dry ranch dressing mix
1-1/2 cups water

In a large pot sprayed with Pam, brown onions with meat substitute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes.

Add cheese and sour cream or pasta to make this a full meal!!!
