Eggs for Chicken Soup (M/P)
Source: Unknown
Yield: For a pot of soup

3 hard-boiled egg yolks
Flour
Salt
1 raw egg yolk

Pound the hard boiled egg yolks with a little flour and salt, stir in the raw egg yolk and roll in little balls.

When the soup is done, drop the balls in the pot, cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes. Or cook in boiling water in advance.

Poster's Notes:
Since I too remember fondly the small egg yolks in the chicken soup, when I found this recipe, I hand copied it I think about a month ago, don't remember where from even after spending since 2 days ago trying to remember. I intended to try it before posting but since it has been discussed now, I'm posting it now and hopefully someone will try it and let us know.
