Corn Chowder II (D, TNT)
Source: Frances Lubkin
Serves: 2-3

1 can creamed-style corn
1 cup milk (regular, low-fat or skim)
Butter or Butter Buds (optional)

Mix all together and heat.

Poster's Notes:
My mother made this almost once a week when I was growing up--as the first course in a fish meal. (We had fish just about every Thursday night -- usually fried flounder.) It couldn't be easier, and is really quite good. I found creamed corn in a supermarket here in Israel recently (it's not usually available), and made this a few days ago.
