Pita/Tortilla Chips II (P, TNT)

Serves: Depends upon how much pita/tortilla is
used
Regular or whole
wheat pita, OR flour tortillas, cut into wedges (for the pita,
the halves should be separated)
Favourite seasonings (I use garlic powder, marjoram and basil,
all dried)
Lay
out wedges on baking sheets, in a single layer.
Sprinkle with seasonings.
Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes (less for tortillas; watch
carefully, they'll burn fast!) until crisp and lightly browned.
Serve with soup, or dips instead of potato chips.

Notes: This is a great way to use up those bags of pita that
have been in the freezer a bit too long.
