Home Made Kefir (D, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 6

6 cups 1% fat milk
6 tsp. sour cream

Warm just little the milk; add the sour milk and stir well. Pour into 6 baby plastic cups with an air tight lid. Keep in a warm place for 24 hours or until set.

Note: You can leave it in an oven on the lowest temperature overnight. Keep in refrigerator. You can add 1 tsp. of strawberry jam just before you serve; mix it.
