Yogurt Sauce (D, KLP, TNT)

Yield: 2 cups

2 cups plain whole milk yogurt
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed or pushed through a garlic press
Pinch of salt

Place yogurt in cheesecloth or a muslin-lined strainer and drain over a bowl for 1 hour. Mix with garlic and salt to taste.
