Whipped Cream, Chocolate (D, KLP, TNT)

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream

Stir all ingredients together and refrigerate about 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Whip mixture with an electric mixer on medium speed, then turn to high, until thickened and peaks form.
