Pasta Sauce, Bleu Cheese (D, KLP, TNT)
Source: Unknown (I know its from a book but I don't recall which book)
Yield: 1-1/2 cups

1 cup cream (no subs)
1/2 stick butter (no subs again)
4 oz. blue cheese/bleu cheese, crumbled

Heat cream and butter in a small pot on medium heat, until combined. Add cheese and stir until thickened to your liking.

Poster's Notes:
This sauce is so easy to make, that my daughter has been making it by herself (except me turning on the heat) since she was 7.
