Tofuna Salad (P, TNT)

Serves: 3-4

1 lb. firm tofu, drained and frozen
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Thaw tofu and squeeze out water. Shred with a fork. Add celery.

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add to tofu mixture and mix well.

Poster's Notes: Its a fair substitute for tuna salad.
