Spinach and Red Bell Pepper Salad w/Spicy Buttermilk Dressing (D, TNT)

6 tbsp. fat-free buttermilk
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Kosher salt
Old Bay-type seasoning or Tabasco sauce
1 bag fresh baby spinach, pre-washed
1 large red bell pepper

Whisk first four ingredients together in bowl. Whisk in generous pinch kosher salt and seasoning. Adjust to taste as desired.

Slice red bell pepper and mix with spinach. Pour dressing over mixture.
