Spinach Cupboard Salad (P, TNT)

1-1/2 cups fresh spinach
2-3 stalks hearts of palm, sliced
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp. fresh basil
1/3 avocado, cubed
A few sliced pickled beets
A handful of craisins
Rice Vinegar

There are no instructions. Just mix and eat. It is very tasty the next day, too!

Poster's Notes:
I came up with this "recipe" when faced with a Costco-sized bag of fresh spinach and 10 extra pounds on my hips. All (and I do mean all) amounts are purely estimated. Try what works for you. I think I have converted to spinach from boring iceberg lettuce.
