Vinegar-and-Oil Dressing (P, KLP)

Yield: 120ml or 4 fluid ounces

2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
6 tbsp. olive oil

Put the vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil in a screw-topped jar.

Shake vigorously until well mixed.

Use as required.
