Ginger Dressing (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: approximately 1/3 cup

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon white wine
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger OR a generous 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Mix lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sugar, salt and pepper; whisk in oil. Reserve. Use in Pomegranate Papaya Salad (click here for recipe)
