Tuna Super Salad (D, TNT)

Serves: 4 or more

1 head lettuce, shredded or cut up
1 purple onion, diced
1 can Chinese noodles
1 can tuna
3/4 cup mayonnaise [I use fat-free]
3/4 sup sour cream [fat-free again]
1-1/2 tablespoons sugar [I use a sugar substitute]
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

Combine first four ingredients and refrigerate. Blend remaining ingredients and refrigerate.

1 hour before serving, combine the dressing and the salad ingredients, refrigerate and then serve.

Poster's Notes:
Now the nice thing about this recipe, is if you are serving more people, add more lettuce, or add or subtract purple onion, depending on how much you like it; ditto with the noodles. You can also add as much tuna as you wish. You just can't make a mistake with this recipe.
