Poster's Notes:
Makes a great side dish or main course for a pareve meal.

Kids and grownups love this tuna dish. It's simple, tasty, and looks especially nice if presented with red pepper rings and parsley on top.

I first learned how to make the dish in a small Jewish community in West Virginia many, many years ago. Have been making it ever since!
