Cole Slaw, Asian I (P, TNT)
Source: My friend Debbie Grabow, but she received it from other friends
Serves: 24

Slaw:
16 oz. package shredded cabbage or 16 oz. cabbage, shredded
5 green onions, sliced
1/2-3/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 small, square package ramen noodles, crumbled (discard the seasoning packet or use for another purpose)

Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix dressing ingredients.

Mix slaw ingredients.

Pour dressing over slaw, serve immediately otherwise the ramen noodles get soft. I ate it several days later and still enjoyed it.
