Caesar Salad, Anchovy-Free II (D, TNT)

Shredded romaine lettuce for about 4 people
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 to 4 small-medium cloves garlic, mashed
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons corn oil

Place all the ingredients except the oil in a tall plastic container (deli soup ones) and with the immersion blender start blending and little by little add the oil. Serve with shredded Romaine lettuce and croutons.
