Five Onion Salad (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: Adapted from a restaurant recipe I ate once
Serves: 4 to 6

1 medium white onion
1 medium yellow onion
1 large red onion
3 or 4 sprig onions
Bunch of chives (irit)
Bunch of cilantro (cusbara)
Fresh lemon
Olive oil

Coarsely chop first three ingredients.

Mix in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients finely chopped.

Use lots of fresh lemon and olive oil. Let this sit at room temperature for a few hours in a sealed container.

Poster's Notes:
I also double the quantity and freeze the leftover as a quick starter for a lot of meat dishes.
