Quinoa "Cereal" (D/P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 2 to 4

1 cup quinoa, cooked according to package directions
1/2 cup soy milk (dairy milk during Passover)
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tbsp. brown sugar
A handful of toasted walnuts (optional)

Combine all ingredients together.

Poster's Notes:
I make this tasty breakfast dish with quinoa. In fact, it was my morning staple during Passover (regular milk was used in place of the soy milk).
