Salsa, Tomato (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: "30 day Total Health Makeover," by Marilu Henner and Laura Morton
Yield: 1 cup

1 tomato, diced small
1/4 Maui onion, diced small
3 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1/8 cup (2 tbsp.) lime juice
1/8 cup (2 tbsp.) Macadamia nut oil

Mix all ingredients together well.

For the Macadamia nut oil, you can use the remainder of bottle on skin, it's a great rejuvenator.
