Relish, Tomato w/Balsamic Vinegar (P, TNT)

Serves: 2 to 4

1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil

In a separate bowl mix together cherry tomatoes, vinegar, garlic, remaining salt and pepper and olive oil.
