Relish, Cranberry Orange Apple (P, KLP, TNT)
Source: Self
Yield: Approximately 1-1/4 pounds

1 pound cranberries
1 apple (unpeeled)
1 orange (including rind but not seeds)
Sugar to taste

Grind together cranberries along with the apple including the skin, and the orange with the rind but not the seeds. When all is ground stir together to combine the fruits and add sugar to taste.

The amount of sugar will depend on the sweetness of the apple and orange.

Poster's Notes:
This is the cranberry relish that I always serve with turkey. Everyone always exclaims over it. Sorry that I can't give exact measurements for this sauce but it is excellent and should be made a couple of days in advance and kept refrigerated until use. It will keep for a long time.
