Matzo Meal Stuffing II (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 6

1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 tbsp. parsley
1 cup matzo meal
salt and pepper, to taste
1-3/4 cups hot water
1 whole egg, beaten

Sauté onion and celery. Add 2 tbsp. parsley, cook until soft.

Add 1 cup matzo meal, salt, pepper, and 1-3/4 cups hot water, then add 1 beaten egg.
