3 cups matzo farfel/ferfel
1 to 2 tablespoons oil
3 stalks celery, diced
3 to 4 onions, diced
Mushrooms diced or sliced, depending on your preference, sautéed or from a can
1 cup chicken or veggie broth, boiling
1 to 2 tsp. EACH paprika, thyme, sage, parsley, all depends on your preference
Salt
Pepper
1 egg, beaten
Cook celery and onions in a pan until soft but not brown.
 
Add it to matzo farfel/ferfel and add all rest and mix thoroughly.  You can use this as stuffing or you can cook it separately as a side dish.

Hi-I was looking at the various recipes for stuffing and I remember that my mom used to use a matzo farfel stuffing on certain occasions. Hopefully I'll remember it exactly without leaving anything crucial out!
