Orange Chicken (M)

Serves: 4

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
zest from one orange
1 tablespoon corn starch
4 frozen chicken breasts

Mix sugar, juice, zest and starch over low flame until smooth and thickened.

Pour over frozen chicken breasts, and bake in a 350°F oven for 35 minutes.
