Kishke Chicken (M, TNT)

Serves: 4

4 boneless chicken breasts
4 heaping tablespoons of kishke
4 puff pastry squares
1 egg, beaten

In the center of the chicken breast, place a tablespoon of kishke. Roll it up and place in baking dish, seam down.

Cover the chicken with a puff pastry square and tuck the ends of the dough underneath the chicken. With a pastry brush, spread a small amount of egg on top of the pastry dough. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.

Poster's Notes: This is one of the chicken cutlet recipes I made when my freezer defrosted. It froze wonderfully!
