2 chicken breasts 
Mix all the ingredients, except for the chicken, in a bowl. Cut the chicken to the desired size and spread with the mixture. Prepare any way you want.

The original poster suggested grilling it, so that's what I did. It took about 20 minutes.

1 tsp. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of cayenne pepper or more to taste
Enough lemon juice to form a paste
1 tbsp. coriander or basil or any other herb, chopped
With kosher chicken, I didn't add any salt. The recipe can be easily doubled or tripled, according to the amount of chicken.
