Chicken, Marinated I (M, KLP, TNT)
Source: From a Nira Rousso (Israeli food journalist) column, she says she got the idea from a Dear Abby column...
Serves: According to amounts

A portion per person of chicken; can be either only thighs, or breasts and thighs, whatever you like. Get one piece per person.

For about 10 portions: 1 bottle Italian sauce (if you have 20 portions you will need 2 bottles.)

One day before the meal, arrange chicken in an oven-compatible large pan. It is better that all chicken will be in one layer, if possible.

Pour all sauce on top, cover with plastic, and marinate for about 24 hours or at least overnight.

Put pan in oven and bake for about 1 hour at 350°F, until juices run clear.

Poster's Notes:
Here is a favorite of mine, which is very easy to make, and very tasty. That's really it: this dish is assured to get all the neighbors running into your house to find out what it is that you are cooking. And it doesn't get any simpler than this.
