Chicken, Hawaiian I (M, TNT)
Source: Weekly sales flyer from a local supermarket
Serves: 4 to 6

Cut up pieces of chicken, your choice (I used a whole chicken cut into 8 pieces)
1 can of fruit cocktail in syrup
1 bell pepper, diced (I mixed red and green)
A small onion, diced

Spray your baking dish with some oil spray. Put all the ingredients in the pan and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for an our or so, until the chicken is done. That's it!!!!

Poster's Notes:
This recipe is so easy and it was so good!!!! I used the fruit cocktail with heavy syrup, but I think you could substitute the fruit cocktail in fruit juice to lighten it up.

Great with some plain white rice or your version of "fried rice" and steamed broccoli. Another nice complementing dish would be some of those frozen (or home made!!!) egg rolls.

I hope you all enjoy this one!!!! So easy!!! The original recipe did not call for the peppers and onion, but it seemed like a nice idea (and it was!!!).
