Lemon Pie II (D)
Serves: 8

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 9" prepared pie shell
whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon rind, and salt in a bowl and stir until well combined and thickened.

Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream if desired. Makes one 9" (22cm) pie.
