Coconut Pie In A Blender (D/P, TNT)

Serves: 8

4 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup flour
dash salt
1-1/4 cups coconut flakes

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed for 10-15 seconds.

Pour into greased 10" pie pan.

Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven or until lightly browned on top.

Poster's Notes:
I made this pareve by using margarine and cold pareve milk.
