Napoleon, Chocolate Matzo II (D, KLP, TNT)

4 matzot
Passover wine
Chocolate pudding
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate

Wet the matzot on both sides with the wine.

Prepare the pudding according to the package directions but reduce the milk to 1-3/4 cup. Let cool.

Alternate layers of matzot and pudding starting and ending with matzo. Melt the chocolate and spread over the top layer of matzo. Refrigerate and cut in squares to serve.

Poster's Notes:
Since we love cooked chocolate pudding, that is what I have used for this recipe with such success.
