Matzo Loaf (D, KLP)
Source: Aunt Henny's (of Roland Vos') from Dutch Jewish paper
Serves: 3 to 4

7 matzot
2 sticks (250g) butter
200g dark brown sugar
50g cacao (cocoa)
50g raisins, soaked in sweet wine

Crumble the matzot.

Melt butter; take butter off warming element; add sugar, cacao and raisins.

Add matzot.

Press into two aluminum foil pans and let cool. Press well. Let get very cold in the fridge during several hours.
