Ginger-Soy Marinade (P, TNT)

Yield: About 1-1/4 cups

4 cloves garlic (minced or crushed)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 to 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 1" piece fresh ginger (grated or minced)
2 tbsp. "Worcestershire Sauce" (non-fish based) (optional) (click here for recipes)
1/3 cup sweet red wine

Mix together.
