1 lb. broad noodles
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. maple syrup
Pinch of ginger
Grated rind and juice of 1 large orange
1/4 pound margarine, melted
Cinnamon
Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Beat eggs well and add salt, syrup, ginger, and orange rind and juice. Fold in noodles and margarine.
Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
