Noodle Kugel, Cherry-Pineapple (P, TNT)

Serves: 10-12

4 oz. unsalted margarine, melted
16 oz. wide noodles, cooked
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 20-oz. can cherry pie filling
1 20-oz. can crushed and drained pineapple

Topping:
1 cup corn flakes
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Melt margarine, pour into cooked noodles. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and pineapple; mix together.

Pour 1/2 noodle mixture into greased pan. Spread with filling, then cover with rest of noodle mixture.

Mix together corn flakes, sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over top. Dot with margarine. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
