Farfel/Ferfel Kugel, Cranberry (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: 6 to 8

1 can cranberry sauce
4 cups matzo farfel/ferfel
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Pour cold water over farfel, and drain. Mix all ingredients together.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Poster's Notes:
You can use either kind of cranberry sauce, but I use whole berry. Sometimes I forget to rinse the farfel, it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Variations:
Adding a handful of fresh cranberries
Adding frozen mixed fruits, and canned crushed pineapple
Substituting home made cranberry sauce
Omitting 1 egg, and adding a can of crushed pineapple
Cutting the oil, and adding some dried fruit, soaked in orange juice
Substituting noodles for the matzo farfel, for a year round version.
