Butternut Squash Kugel V (P, TNT)

1 medium butternut squash
1/2 cup margarine, melted
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Cut squash in half. Place face down in a pan of water and bake until soft. Remove seeds and scoop out flesh.

Combine with remaining ingredients and mix together in food processor.

Line round or square 8" or 9" pan with baking paper. Pour in mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Poster's Notes:
If you use 2 to 3 butternuts, don't double the remaining ingredients. Bake in 2 dishes.
