Butternut Squash Kugel I (P)
Source: "The Delights from the Heights Cookbook" (a local fundraising cookbook, not available in stores but still in print in my neighborhood)
Servings: 12-15

2 butternut squash
1 cup sugar
1 cup pareve milk
1 cup flour
5 eggs
Cinnamon

Cut the squash in half and bake until soft.

Put all ingredients including squash (not cinnamon) in a food processor (or mash by hand).

Place in two square or one 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350°F for one hour.
