Apple Kugel Low-Fat (P, TNT)

1/2 cup applesauce
1 sweet apple
3 egg whites
3 tbsp. flour
Cinnamon
Sugar or sweetener
1 tsp. baking powder

Slice the apples and place in a tin. Sprinkle sugar/sweetener on top.

In a separate bowl, mix together egg whites, baking powder, applesauce, flour, cinnamon, and sugar/sweetener to taste. Beat the mixture until smooth and pour over the sliced apple.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour.
