4 large oranges
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons KLP vodka
1 tablespoons dried ginger, ground
4 sprigs of mint, chopped
Cut oranges in half, take out the flesh, remove the white membrane stuff and pips, replace orange flesh in the half oranges.
Sprinkle brown sugar, vodka, ginger, and cinnamon on top and then grill (broil) the oranges until caramelized on top.
Serve tepid, decorated with chopped mint leaves.
Poster's Notes:
They also suggest using pink grapefruit instead of oranges and using cognac or rum, and you can use honey instead of brown sugar.
