Brown Sugar Baked Salmon (D/P, TNT)
Source: "California Kosher"
Serves: 6

Fish:
6 1" thick salmon steaks OR 2-3 pounds salmon filets

Marinade:
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
3 tablespoons soya sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry white wine or water

In a small bowl combine all marinade ingredients.

Place salmon in a glass baking pan that holds fish snugly in one layer. Pour marinade over fish.

Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 6 hours (longer is better). Uncover pan.

Place on middle rack of pre-heated 400ºF oven. Bake 15-20 minutes or until fish is done. Do not turn fish. Serve immediately.
