1 salmon fillet
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Pine nuts or almonds, flaked to garnish
Place the skinned salmon fillet on baking parchment.
Spread it with honey, wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle generously with pine nuts or flaked almonds.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
