Salmon, Baked III (P, TNT)

Serves: Depends on size of fillet

Salmon fillet
Garlic powder
Reduced-sodium soy sauce
Lemon juice

Lay the salmon fillet skin side down in a baking pan. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on thickness of salmon). Check to see if done. Remove from oven and cool. Slice into serving pieces. The skin will separate from the fish. Serve with salad on the side and it is wonderful.

Poster's Notes:
I make the simplest salmon recipe. It is wonderful at room temperature and takes only minutes to make.
