1-1/2 lbs. ground pickerel
Mix everything together in Cuisinart food processor except water.
With the machine running add the water through the feeder tube.
Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 1-1/2 hours. Cover the last 45 minutes with tin foil.
Let cool about 10 minutes, and turn upside down on a plate. Sometimes the edges may have to be trimmed.
Wrap well in tin foil and refrigerate. Slice when cold.
