Fish Baked in Salt (P, KLP, TNT)

Serves: Depends on size of fish used

1 large fish
1-1/2 packages coarse salt

Simply pour about half the salt on to a baking tray, lined with silver foil. Place the cleaned fish on top and then "bury" with the rest of the salt.

Bake in hot oven (200°C/450°F) for about 30 minutes. Crack open with a hammer and extract the fish.

Poster's Notes:
We usually use bream or bass, because that's what we find most easily here.

The packages of coarse salt come in 1kg packages.

This is so simple it's not a true recipe.
